Mit einem scharfen Küchenmesser schneidet man zunächst rundherum in die Schale. Allerdings ist es wichtig an der Unterseite anzusetzen, weil am Stiel der Kerzendocht sitzt. Diese innere, weiße Fruchthaut, die man sonst immer mühsam abpulen muss. Also den Docht nicht übereifrig abtrennen! Und wenn ihr die Möglichkeit habt, dann kauft Satsumas. Das ist eine Kreuzung aus Mandarine und Orange. Geschmacklich nichts besonderes, aber dort lässt sich die Schale am einfachsten ablösen!!!
